CREATE:UPDATE Bread of life Hi Folks! hope you’ve all been having a good week and have been investing time in getting to know Jesus and eating the bread that leads to life! If you dont know what i am talking about you can listen again to last weeks sermon on our website www.createchurchcannock.co.uk/media. We have have very mercifully edited out the moment when the communion “Wine” was spilt all over the floor haha! We then had a fantastic time back at Keith and Lesley’s celebrating Keith’s achievement in being two years sober!

If you weren’t able to make the open mic this week at Caffe Del nino you missed a real treat! it was the best night we’ve had in quite a while with some new performances from create folk as well as the regulars and some seriously talented new acts who came for the first time. The next open mic will be the Christmas special

on December 10th so get it in your diaries. You can see lots of pictures and even some video on our website in the blog section.

Can you help? - We met after the service to have a quick chat about how we can best cater for our kids as a small church. The main action point that came from this was that we need as many volunteers as possible in order that no one has to do it to often. So would you be willing to help out? We are looking for volunteers for both Creche (0-2) and Bubbles (3-5) you’ll be given help and training and wont ever be alone. You dont need to be a parent - just willing! Emily Madsen has offered to help us get it organised so please get in touch with her to let her know if you can help.

Coming up… • Sunday - We are meeting as usual from 10am at Littleton Green Community School. Beth is

speaking this week continuing our series focusing on Jesus.

• Stafford Fire - You may have heard on the news about the tragic fire in a firework shop in Stafford on Thursday evening. Matt Madsen has asked us to pray for friend of his connected with the incident, here is his message.

“can you send a message to everyone to pray for my friend Danni. Her mums partner works at the firework place that went up in flames yesterday and is still missing, thought to be still in the building. Can everyone pray that he hopefully is safe somewhere and pray for comfort for Danni's family in particularly her 5year old brother who doesn't understand why his dad is not at home.”
