1 Create a Personalized Username for NetBenefits ® . A unique username allows for easy-to-remember login information and credentials. FIDELITY STOCK PLAN SERVICES Your username: • Use six to 15 letters and/or numbers. • If your username is between nine and 11 characters, it must contain at least two letters. • It cannot contain personal information, such as your date of birth or telephone number. • Do not use more than five instances of a single number or letter, or a sequence (e.g., 12345 or 11111). • Do not use symbols, punctuation marks, or spaces (e.g., #, @, /, *, -). Your password: • Use six to 20 letters, numbers, or special characters. • Letters are case sensitive. • Do not use symbols, sequences, or personal information. 1 At any time you can change your username and password. Log in to NetBenefits ® and click Menu, then click Profile. 4 If you already have a username 2 Select Create or Change Your Username. Enter a new username. Then enter your password.
