“All clients (not restricted to weddings only)

must make use of Woodhill’s in-house

coordinator or appoint a registered events

company to do on the day coordination. We want to avoid the immense pressure that

clients/owners put on our team with regards

to unorganized details/requests that we end

up having to sort out because of poor time management and coordinating skills. This is also a way to generate added income by

delivering an in-house or “all in one” service

to clients.

Services

The Creati vity package includes:(Please note that the services menti oned below are quoted according to the ti me spent on each element. The number of stylists and assistants will also depend on the venue / functi on size, to be discussed and fi nalised during the initi al consultati on.)

* Pre-wedding consultati on with the marital couple to review the bud-get and décor elements required for the wedding (1 hour)

* Mood board and initi al questi onnaire to create the overall wedding concept

* A maximum of four follow-up meeti ngs, as well as emails and phone calls between Woodhill Residenti al Estate and Country Club’s in-house Flower and Décor and the marital couple (4 hours)

* Décor sourcing and styling of the following areas (12 hours): - Ceremony area (only applicable at Woodhill Residenti al Estate and

Country Club) - Welcome drinks area - Recepti on area
