That’s right! The ministry is slowly changing its name over this year.

No name is perfect, and we are especially glad that the word “Crusade” has

been removed. Amen!! In 1951, the word Crusade was an acceptable out-

reach term, but now students just see it as the wars of the Crusades. (eek!)

The name has changed, but everything else in the ministry is exactly the same.

I had to do a double take!

There have been more than 8.2 billion exposures to the gospel worldwide

through Campus Crusade and its partnership activities. (“B” as in Billion!)

Cru has a presence in 191 countries which represent 99.5% of the world’s population. This is 73 more

countries than McDonalds has restaurant locations.

Cru started in 1951 and has since grown to over 25,000 missionaries

worldwide. Of the 25,000 staff, there are only around 3,500 staff

doing campus ministry in the U.S.

I totally get pumped up hearing about changed lives like Cooper, and about the billions having a chance to respond to Christ! It is a crazy wow!! Your partnership is appreciated more than you know! God is moving, lives are being changed, and the gospel is going out!
