Welcome from the Chairman.

I cannot believe that a whole year has passed since the last membership book was produced, but when I look at all that has been achieved in that time it is also astonishing that it is has only been one season.

The reason this club exists is to play, promote & support rugby & this year we have done all three of these things to the best of our combined abilities. This is down to the numerous volunteers who give up their time to cook the food, serve the beer, coach the sessions, manage the teams & in so many other ways devote their energy to making this a club to be proud of.

The extent of this hard work became evident when we were named Natwest RFU pride of the South West & officially one of the four best community clubs in England and also achieving second place in the Bob Stocks award based on referee feedback.

So welcome to all rugby friends, old & new, as we look forward to the new season & being fellow members of a Club which can only go from strength to strength.

are crying out to be done either regularly or on a rota basis.

What about one off practical jobs? The clubhouse that we use and abuse requires a bit of TLC every now and then….would you be

prepared to help out on working parties as and when needed? Let us know & we will pass your details on. Please speak to your team
