CALL FOR CANDIDACIES
The Crans Montana Forum is a Non-
Governmental International Organization
established since 1986, whose mission is
to build a better World
“Towards a more
Humane World”
The Crans Montana Forum is closely
working with all Governments,
specialised Bodies, International &
Regional Organizations such as the UN,
UNESCO, UNIDO, FAO, the EUROPEAN
UNION, the EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
the COUNCIL OF EUROPE, OFID… and
naturally numerous NGOs.
Its primary aim is to strengthen
international cooperation by promoting
good practices and allowing a permanent
dialogue between those in the public and
private sectors who are the real decision-
makers on whom the future of our World
depends.
The Crans Montana Forum organizes
several events per year. Every time,
decision-makers, always at a high level,
generally from about a hundred
countries, meet in a private and informal
setting to discuss the political, social,
economic and security challenges of our
Century.
Each of the Forums organised throughout
the world (Brussels, Geneva, Rabat,
Dakhla, Vienna, Barcelona, Crans-
Montana, Bucharest, Budva, Baku,
Zagreb, Roma, Sarajevo, Tirana, Athens,
Malta, Bahrain etc.) represent unique
opportunities for Businesses and
Government Officials to network and
strengthen their partnership relations.
CRANS MONTANA FORUM
Aware of the key role of Youth in the construction
of a more humane and fairer world, the Crans
Montana Forum wishes to respond appropriately
to the aspirations of these young leaders by
creating the Crans Montana Forum of the New
Leaders for Tomorrow.
This is a Community of young decision makers
selected for their exceptional professional
achievement and experience of Leadership in
Business and Governments from Africa, the Arab
World, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South
America and the Far East.
Together, they form an active Community to
address the main challenges of the 21st Century
and promote South-South Cooperation. The New
Leaders for Tomorrow benefit from the support
of our Organisation and a free access to all
Forums and High Level Summits organized by the
Crans Montana Forum.
These New Leaders have the keys for being able
to have a direct impact on world affairs and to
strengthen human, economic and social relations
between their respective regions.
CRANS MONTANA FORUM
OF THE NEW LEADERS FOR TOMORROW
“An active Community to address the main challenges of the 21st Century and promote
South-South Cooperation”
NEW LEADERS SELECTION
SUPPORT OUR NEW LEADERS
Thanks to the cooperation of Governments,
Chambers of Commerce, Professional Bodies,
International and Regional Organizations,
major companies and Universities, the Crans
Montana Forum of the New Leaders for
Tomorrow selects the most significant
individuals.
The Fondation du Forum Universale officially
appoints the New Leaders for Tomorrow, who
enjoy Forum’s privileges for three years.
Younger than 42, candidates must attest to
professional success, leadership experience
and enjoy a good reputation in the community.
Representing a rich variety of profiles, the New
Leaders are active within their community and
committed to the social and economic
development of their country.
In a changing and increasingly interconnected
World, the new generations represent hope of
an impartial and more prosperous World.
The Forum aims to provide decisive support in
the success of these young decision makers, of
extraordinary potential, giving them access to
unique networking platform.
Key players from the business and academic
worlds - regularly associated to the New
Leaders’ Programmes - are active participants
of the success of this Initiative.
Supporting these New Leaders is a way to
durably invest in Youth and help them to
tackle their future challenges.
