I have held multiple positions, including Server, Bar Manager, Kitchen Manager and General Manager. Management responsibilities included all aspects of opening a new restaurant location; meeting with and choosing vendors, selecting products and designing setups, and working to provide premium products while staying within budget requirements. In a Guest Services role I consistently led my location in sales averaging $3000 a week. I was frequently recognized for being in the top 5% of sales district wide. These accomplishments led to multiple promotions and the ability to learn different areas of the hospitality industry.

As a Sales Manager, I was responsible for working with Sales People to help them secure the sale by answering questions about financing, having to quickly calculate and discuss lending rates and issues. I also worked directly with Internet Sales, actively pursuing leads generated by a corporate database and working to bring them into the dealership and close the sale. I developed a sister program placing inventory on eBay to further promote the dealership and our selection of available vehicles. As a Sales Manager I also worked with walk-in clients, maintaining specifications and selling points on over 10 different models of cars and trucks. I sold an average of 12 units a month, consistently placing me in the top five in sales performance for the dealership.
