The Knox County 4-H Staff and 4-H Volunteers are looking forward to seeing you at our Summer Workshops. Dont delay your registration because there is a limited amount of spaces available for each workshop and they can fill up quickly. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Knox County 4-H Clubs offers summer workshops to complement many of the standard 4-H projects, to pro- vide enrichment activities and to prepare for displays and exhibits for the Tennessee Valley Fair. The work- shops will introduce youth to various aspects of devel- oping and perfecting skills and hobbies. There will also be plenty of opportunities for youth to interact with oth- er youth to share knowledge and friendships. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? UT/TSU Extension offers its programs to all eligible persons, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. The day camps and workshops are of- fered to interested boys and girls who have completed the fourth grade and to those in the fifth grade through twelfth grade. Everyone who attends must have good behavior and is willing to participate fully in the learn- ing activities. COST AND FEES Instructions are provided by the 4-H staff and volunteers of the Knox County Extension who provides leadership for 4-H programs. Participants will pay a fee for materi- als for some of the workshops and provide their own materials for others. Participants are responsible for bringing a sack lunch & drink each day.
