Craazy Hair Day!
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Semester 2 Reports
We are quickly running out of days and we still have so much to do
before the end of the year. Teachers have been completing reports for
their supervisors and then for me to check. These will be ready to be
distributed on Wednesday 11th December.
Blues Dinner
I enjoyed a great evening on Friday at the Barrier Blues Dinner.
Congratulations to Boden Jackson and Max Roberts (pictured right) on
receiving recognition for their sporting results this year. The P&C
purchased raffle tickets on behalf of our PSSA representatives and were
lucky enough to win $500.00!
Grocery Housie
On Sunday, we would like to invite the Alma community to attend the
South Football Club to participate in a grocery housie to raise funds for
Julie Holmes. A cake stall will also be available. Everyone is welcome to
come along. Any donations of goods can be given to the canteen for this
event. Doors open at 1.30pm for a 2.00pm start. To book a table please
contact Belinda on 0427 918 199
Ulysses Toy Run
This will be occurring on Friday at around 11am. If you would like to
donate to this worthy cause there is a crate of new or used toys waiting
for pick up. This is always an exciting time for our students when the
motorbikes roll into the playground.
Helper’s Morning Tea
On Thursday, this week there will be a helper’s morning tea in the staff
room. An invite was sent to those parents/caregivers who have helped
out in any capacity around our school this year. The canteen will be
closed for the first break to allow our volunteers to attend this event.
We would love to see you there.
Thanking you
Sharon DeGoumois
