Course BasicsWhat is essential to know about this course?

This is a 5-day (45hr) learning event.Start/Finsh Times: 08:00am - 17:30pm (each day) with an earlier finish on the final day at 2pm.Prior Learning Requirements: Learners are required to be familiar with HACCP & FSSC 22000 Requirements in advance of registering for this training. There are also additional pre-requisites, see our website to review these important details.

Course AssessmentHow will Learners be assessed?The Learner is assessed based on participation and performance evaluation throughout the duration of the course and full attendance is required during the training. There is a closed book (2hr) written examination set by CQI and IRCA as part of the final assessment.

This course is certified by CQI and IRCA (A17189) and this course is recognized by the Foundation for Food Safety Certifica-tion (FSSC).
