“November 4th was the second an-niversary of the setting up of Chugh-tai Public Library. It is a group ofdedicated Learning Facilitators thatruns the place. Their commitmentin providing the best possible serviceis remarkable. Ensuring comfortableenvironment; they have attracted abig number of regular users. I wasespecially impressed by a lady whoafter finishing her routine chores, comes every day and goes throughnewspapers and magazines. As regards the organization of read-ing material, it has been done in theproper scientific manner. They havetaken special care in assigning proper

numbering and maintaining the rec-ord of books that have been donatedto the place. An interesting attraction for the us-ers is the Free Service of coffee andtea at the place. There was a group ofyoung readers preparing for an exam.

They seemed to be having a great benefitfrom this particular service.

Overall, it was a wonderful experiencebeing among people who valueknowledge, and the quest of knowledge. Iextend my heart-felt appreciation andbest wishes for these unusual people.”
