The development of an Owner’s Schedule from Concept Select to Start-Up for both Brownfield and Greenfield works plus module fabrication at a 3rd Party Contractor’s yard.

The integration of the FEED Contractor (Worley Parson) detail schedule and subsequent EPC Contractor (Petrofac) Schedules.

Reporting of progress to the Project Management Team, BP Head Office and Partners

All schedules are developed under the oversight of the BP Global Project Organisation and are regularly audited and subjected to risk analysis. This includes participating in the stage gate reviews and risk analyses.

Reporting to both BP and to Partners with regular Partner Review Workshops.

September 2010 – August 2012QUEENSLAND GAS COMPANY (BG GROUP), LNG (COAL SEAM GAS) PROJECT, BRISBANE, AUSTRALIALead Planning Engineer – South & Central Blocks

Responsible for the overall planning and co-ordination of Compression Facilities, Gas and Water Trunklines, Gas and Water Gathering, Wellsite Facilities for the fracced wells and 250Ml+ Water Storage Ponds in the South & Central Blocks of the QGC LNG Project. The position required supervision of three planning/reporting teams in Head Office in Brisbane, Central Field Offices and Dalby South Field Office.

Also part of the Risk Analysis team preparing the Level 2 schedules for and participating in the workshops.

AMEC, ICHTHYS PROJECT, LONDONOctober 2009 – August 2010Senior Planning Engineer

Initially responsible for the FEED engineering schedule re-baseline and progress updates. The workscope expanded to preparing the Level 1, 2 & 3 Execution Schedules for the Project including the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of a Semi Submersible Central Processing Facility, an FPSO, Subsea flowlines, manifolds etc and an 880 km 42” Subsea gas export pipeline. Co-ordinating two major subcontractors in producing an execution schedule integrating the Topsides, Hulls and Subsea works. Schedules prepared using P6.

Responsible for planning the FEED works on this $20 billion project with the co-operation of the Discipline Lead Engineers. Working with Engineering and Construction Management to prepare the overall Project Level 1 and Level 2 Schedules. Assessing the logistics requirements and establishing the logistics methodology for the transportation of the potentially 18,000 construction workforce and the transportation of PAUs and PARs to the site. Part of the team responsible for preparing the Integrated Logistics Strategic Plan. The ILSP covered all the activities in the Kashagan Field concerning the Logistics Department including the replacement of the existing rotary wing fleet, expanding the fleet of chartered vessels and hovercraft, construction of supply bases and warehousing.
