Water Quality Sampling Program
• Next TAC meeting to be dedicated to Water Quality focusing on 4 main action items:– Finalizing analysis and
interpretation of data collected in 2012
• Metals• Source tracing • Etc.
– Identifying gaps and follow up sampling needs and put together implementation plan
– Prepare for intensive sampling of Lake and Lake Tribs as per original plan
– Communications….

• Working Group and CWB members visiting farms with Dave Tattum to discuss sampling results and manure management
• 4 Action items moving forward– Continue visits and
relationship building– Work towards compliance
with existing guidelines– Organize workshop for
farmers to discuss innovative economic opportunities
– Develop Pilot project in Cowichan Valley
Broadway Run Stabilization Project
• The “next Stoltz bluff project”• High risk situation with deteriorating conditions• Craig Wightman (BCCF) to provide technical update to
