What are the characteristics of “Crisis Management”A “Crisis” is defined as “a time of intense difficulty, trouble or danger, a time when difficult and important decisions must be made”
The Crisis may effect just your company or be much broader as we are experience today.
As Tip O’Neil famously said, “All politics is local.” This is true for your business regardless of the overall magnitude of the crisis.
You need to manage your company’s crisis first and foremost regardless of other external forces.

Managing day-to-day with limited resources and peopleYou will likely be faced with limited resources and people. Prioritizing time and objectives is critical. We suggest that you prioritize activities in this order:
A = Existential threats to your businessB = “Critical” activitiesC = Important but less urgentD = Everything else can wait
Remember, every business in the country is effected. You now have universal understanding of shifting priorities.
