Guidance to follow from the 12th April 2021:

Visitors and Club members site guidance points:

“Restaurants and pub gardens will be allowed to serve customers sitting outdoors including alcohol; Customers and visitors can meet in a group of up to 6 peoplefrom different households and a maximum of 2 households can meet to form a group of any size”

1. The clubs bar will be open for outside consumption only, You will be requested to enter the main club door and follow the one way system around the bararea, We ask that whilst queuing to place your order you wear a face covering *(unless medically exempt) and remain a minimum of 2 meter distance fromany other person at all times, You will be asked to follow a one way system flowing up the clubs main access ramp, Flowing through the clubhouse andexiting out towards the toilet area.

2. The clubs changing facilities will be open but there must be no more than 5 people per changing room at any one time with no more than 2 people beingwithin the shower cubicle at any one time.

3. The toilet facilities will be open on a one in one out basis limiting a maximum of 2 people to be inside the toilet area at any one time (1 in the malefacilities and 1 in the female facilities)

Guidance to follow from no earlier than the 17th of May 2021: *GOVERNMENT CONFIRMATION PENDING WHEN WRITTEN (10th April 2021)“Hospitality venues can seatcustomers indoors; parties can be made up of a maximum of 6 people or 2 households of any size; Groups seated outside must be smaller than 30 people”

Visitors and Club members site guidance points:

1. Before entering the facility please fill out the track & trace online registration form via the NHS Track and trace app2. If you have covid-19 or have experienced any symptoms of the virus within the last 14 days you MUST not enter the clubs facilities and must self isolate

immediately following the recommended government guidance3. When entering the premises please sanitise your hands at the dedicated hand sanitising stations4. You must queue outside the clubs front door and wait to be seated by a member of our bar/club management staff5. Face masks must be worn at all times whilst inside the clubhouse unless seated at an allocated table6. When in the clubhouse please remain a minimum of 1M distance away from other visitors & members at all times where possible7. A maximum of 25 people can be in the main clubhouse seating area at any one time and a maximum of 29 people can be inside the main clubhouse area

at any one time (Allowing for 2 bar staff & 2 persons within toilet facilities or as passing traffic through the one way system),8. Seating arrangements; a maximum of 6 people from different households or unlimited people from a maximum of 2 households9. A maximum of 2 club staff persons are to be within the bar/kitchen area at any one time10. The bar will operate as a one way collection system, To purchase from the bar you must follow the one way system around the bar area, Weare a face

covering whilst waiting to be served and remain a minimum of 1 meter distance from any other person at all time11. Only 1 person is to be in each gender toilet at any one time12. A Maximum of 5 persons can be in the changing rooms at any one time with a maximum of 2 persons using the shower cubicles13. The club is to operate in a one way system, You must enter the club through the front door and exit through the toilet fire exit door
