for create specific standards & lead time from S/C to Delivery of ships for each fabrication stage, maintain a high quality approach for tasks i was involved & responsible.

I am able to identify in very short time causes who bring losses like stock, waiting, overproduction, working itself, defects, moving, transportation unnecessary information's.

Smoothed production, standard operations, visual management, autonomous defects control, balanced production, reduction of inventory level, reduction of set-up time is all in my mind to convert in efficiency all projects i was involved in order to win credibility of customers.
