Cover LetterI am confident over my experience fulfilling directives of sales and marketing projects, history of interactingwith individuals of all capacities, and ability to produce high-quality written materials on a timely basis that canoffer much value and benefit to your Sales and Marketing Intelligence team.
Presently I am working with DAMAC Properties. Here, I negotiate contracts with customers workingprofessionally with sales management, company finance along with contract organization. Manage assignedcustomer relationships and loan portfolios. Managing Upcountry Marketing Events and Formulating PropertyExpos. Moreover, I believe, I have exceptional communication skills with a unique persuasive power. I amalways fixated to cater to the client’s needs while keeping organizational interest top on my priority list.
Before this, I was with Zenica Performance Cars Pvt. Ltd. deployed at Porsche Gurgaon. Here, as Manager –Corporate Sales & Retail, I looked and improved upon daily sales operations and dealerships in customerservice, and trained new sales joiners in the team. My core competencies included meeting and greetingcustomers, generating and distributing leads, supervising test drives, briefing about warranty and placingorders for clients.
Prior to this, I was employed at Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Sales and SupportManager. I lead the end to end contracting process post signature including support to contract integration,change management, governance activities, up sells and renegotiations. Effective implemented alternaterecovery plans to overcome supply/demand issues.Working in the IT sector, I realized the most arduous sales task lies on the other side of the table – theAftersales. I was taking care of backend (inside) as well as front sales operations at HP and was primarilyresponsible for validating/endorsing the technical solution for the customers. I was responsible for analyzingand prioritizing technical/equipment needs, maintaining accurate forecasts, confirming delivery dates, andfostering strong vendor relationships.
Before I became the Customer Sales and Support Manager at HP, I was serving the company as a ComplianceSpecialist. Prepare Dashboards and simultaneously conducting warranty analysis was a part of my profile. IInvestigated, documented and resolved regulatory issues and prepared compliance reports for themanagement. I was also responsible for verifying documents so no Anti Money Laundering is done either onCustomer’s or Partner’s part.
Preceding HP, I was engaged with American Express India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Credit Analyst supporting end toend supplier relationship management process, negotiating cost and price analysis, sourcing governance andleading the contract management process. I was in charge of developing proforma statements and cash flowprojections and was monitoring closely the Anti Money Laundering and Factoring to filter faulty customers.
Previously, I worked with Jet Airways as a Flight Steward to appease my appetency for travelling. Because Iloved to travel, I started working with Jet but soon realized that this wasn’t the job that will do justice to myintellect and capabilities. It was a hasty decision to have landed myself solely serving my passions and not mydreams. But before I left, I learned patience, learned to be amiable, cordial and genteel regardless of the fret.
My background has afforded me many "intangible" qualifications one can't learn from a book. Qualities suchas resourcefulness, insight, adaptability, pride and common sense are just a few; protocol including integrity,accountability, appropriateness, and a strong, honest work ethic makes me a cut above the rest!
