– The computer should be on. No login is required.
– Microsoft Office (including Powerpoint) is installed on the computer.

– Press the Input Select button on the projector until the computer display appears on the projected image.

• The computer accepts USB, Floppies, Memory Cards, and CDs.
• You can play DVDs with the computer, or you can play them with the VCR/DVD player (see page 16) .

– Move your media file to the desktop or a folder.
– Open your media file and begin your presentation.
– The projector displays exactly what is on the display.

• Wait for the projector to completely shut down before unplugging or moving
• OK to shut down the computer while projector is powering down

• Do this from the desktop, or press the power button momentarily.
• Use the cart lid monitor to watch the shutdown progress.
