Smith, Training Manager Courses are approved for purpose of certification under Section 402 of TSCA Important: The Renovator – Initial course is being offered as a one day, 8 hour course, (8:00 am. to 5:00 PM.) and the 8 hour course can also be offered in the evening over two days, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, each day. Attendance for the entire 8 hour course is mandatory for certification. The refresher course is a 4 hour course, and you must submit your last EPA RRP Class certification. The EPA RRP Class includes two hours of required handson exercises. Comfortable work attire should be worn. At the discretion of the Training Manager, classes with less than three participants, may be canceled or moved to a different date. No refund will be issued if student cancel or is a no show, within 4 days of scheduled class date. Refund Information: no refund or class rescheduling for no show, without prior approval. Only one reschedule with prior approval. Cancellation before seven days prior to class will be eligible for 90% refund of paid class fees, four days before class date 50%, no refund for cancellation three days before class date, however, student can reschedule for another class, if they reschedule for another class at least one day before the class date. Again no refund or rescheduling for no shows. If the class is cancel the student is eligible for 100% refund or can reschedule for a future class date. Classes can be cancel due to class size or emergencies.
