YOUR OPTIONS Competency Training is able to provide CPR training for group bookings at your company site or at any of our training centres. Competency Training offers both a CPR course and our nationally recognised Low Voltage Rescue course (UETTDRRF06B Perform rescue from a live LV panel). These courses can be run in succession or as standalone courses. Delivery of both courses in succession requires a full day. Note that current CPR certification is a prerequisite for the unit UETTDRRF06B Perform rescue from a live LV panel. Please contact us for more information and pricing. WHAT THIS COURSE DELIVERS This course will enable students to perform CPR in accordance with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. Students will demonstrate: • CPR on an adult manikin • CPR on an infant manikin • Use of an automated external defibrillator. In recognition of our client bases, site emergency procedures are discussed where 000/ambulance isn’t the main emergency contact, and if site emergency procedures are provided ahead of time, the instructor will refer to them during the training. In accordance with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines, Competency Training recommends that CPR Training is refreshed every 12 months.
