Is the course subsidised?If you meet the eligibility criteria the cost of the course can be subsidised by State and

Commonwealth Government funding. Contact us to fi nd out if you qualify. If not you can still enrol

Future pathwaysAfter completing the Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) you may decide to further

your training with an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction or an Advanced Diploma of

Project Management.

UnitsIn order to complete this qualifi cation you will need to complete a total of 18 Units comprising 13

core units and 5 electives.

As many of these units are also contained in the Diploma of Building and Construction

(Management) CPC50308 many students elect to undertake a dual qualifi cation, completing an

additional fi ve units to attain both qualifi cations and gain additional management skills.
