What is Kinesiology and Neuro-Training?
Kinesiology
‘Kinesiology’, technically, is the study of the movement of muscles. It was first recognized and used by Physiotherapists to later be used by Chiropractors.
Later with the use of Applied Kinesiology. Chiropractor George Goodheart used the term "Applied" to differentiate between the Physiotherapy type of kinesiology and what he did in Chiropractic Kinesiology. Kinesiology is used to verify how well you can adapt to a particular stress or challenge.
One definition that best suits as a description is: Kinesiology is a verification tool used to give feedback from your nervous system. The feedback is subconscious. It is not a conscious response. It involves the use of ‘Muscle Monitoring’ as a verification tool”. It is a tool, not a technique. Kinesiology is not a psychic
phenomena, it is neither psychic healing nor mind reading, contrary to some peoples’ belief.
The term "Kinesiology" has become the layman term for the use of a change of muscle response to verify the response within a person to a particular challenge. Kinesiology verifies what is going on within you and
your subconscious and is used to find out what you need to get better. It doesn’t actually do the healing (a common mis-belief) a person does that for themselves when they are in balance.
The results of a Kinesiology session are only as good as the references being used and applied; this is why
we also incorporate the principles of Neuro-Training.

Neuro-Training
Neuro-Training is a fairly new modality incorporating references and procedures that best complement our inherent strength and vitality. It is a new way of experiencing the integration of many modalities that have
existed for decades or even centuries. The development of Neuro-Training has been motivated by the needs of thousands of clients demanding there be a better way to overcome their life challenges.
How we think and behave has become encapsulated by the study of Neuro-Science, a big part of Neuro-
Training uses the advances in Neuro-Science as a primary references in how it is used and developed. Neuro-Training ‘re-conditions’, how you view your life experience. It also re-trains the patterns of how your subconscious thinks your life should be and allows you to move beyond your challenges.
Different applications of Neuro-Training encourage you and your Nervous System to function better generally. Some applications use specific checking processes via Kinesiology to find the best option for you to function better. You will begin to gain clarity maybe for the first time in years. Your emotional space will
broaden and of course your physical health will improve. Neuro-Training is now an entity that can be utilized by people in all areas of life.
Unique to Neuro-Training
Along with the empirical knowledge of Kinesiology the College courses offer information that is unique to
Neuro-Training.

About Us
The College of Neuro-Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing comprehensive training based on our highly successful and sought after Kinesiology and Neuro-Training courses. We
have been teaching and researching for over 30 years continuing to bring into our courses advances in neuroscience, kinesiology, naturopathic and homeopathic principles, advanced nutrition and many other modalities.
Our philosophy is founded upon the vision that we have entered an era of global awareness, cooperation and unity, in which Kinesiology and Neuro-Training plays an integral part. We are committed to the expansion of Kinesiology through the expression of individual potential and its purpose to explore and
understand the natural laws of recuperation.
The College of Neuro-Training is the only College that presents this unique blend of Kinesiology and Neuro-Training in a nationally recognised qualification, which enhances your high quality education
experience.
The integrative certificate courses offer you the basis of an exciting career as a respected professional in natural therapies, either running your own clinic or working with a team of people in a practice with both
Kinesiology and Neuro-Training.
Our education offers you the opportunity to create artistry in your expression unequalled in any other discipline. The development of Neuro-Training with Kinesiology has been motivated by the needs of
thousands of clients demanding there be a better way to overcome their life challenges.
We found that the 'pre-programming' of the nervous system through past experiences was the greatest challenge to making this process complete.
The 'programming' is a direct result of the effect of your accumulated life experiences. Neuro-Training along with Kinesiology is a consequence of finding how to help people reorganise thei r life experiences and create new supportive conditioning, rather than just focussing on using different techniques.

Module Descriptions
ACTIVATION CERTIFICATE MODULE
The Activation Certificate or the activation single classes are ways to stimulate the systems that govern how you recuperate and stay well. Because there are many systems in our bodies, we offer certificates that cover a range of the most important systems. The majority of the activation classes are offered by Neuro-
Training, while a selected few are offered in the College of Neuro-Training syllabus. All Activation materials are easy to learn and have been proven over decades of use. They can be taken in any order and need no prerequisite training. The first four activation classes listed below qualify you for the Activation Certificate.
These can be studied as individual days or as part of the whole course, depending on the campus timetable. This certificate leads into and becomes part of the other modules.
Energy Lift
This Activation class uses a set of lymphatic reflexes discovered by Dr. Chapman.
The Benefits: Move and stimulate the flow of lymph in specific areas of the body used in many other modalities
such as Chiropractic, Kinesiology, Osteopathy and others.
Increase your detox capacity. Move unwanted toxins and excess lymph. Learn the reflex points in an order that stimulates the circulation system of the lymph and energy to
remove the blocked drainage system in your entire body, Allow your tissues to recuperate faster and more efficiently. Connect your lymph system back to your nervous system so that it can work the way it should be.
Cover some components of anatomy and physiology systems knowledge.
Clear Energy
Based on blood supply reflexes found by Dr. Terrence Bennett to stimulate smooth blood flow. The Benefits:
Stimulate the flow of arterial blood to different specific parts of the body. Increase vitality With the increased blood flow comes more nutrients for the organs and glands to recuperate with.
Set out in an easy to use format, this system creates a relaxed and secure feeling in the person, which allows for faster recuperation.
Cover some components of anatomy and physiology systems knowledge.
Freeing the Way
Learn the ancient Chinese knowledge of energy pathways known as ’meridians’ and the importance of the direction of flow within the meridian energy. The Benefits:
Stimulate the flow of energy around and through your body. Discover some remarkable sensations as to where you are ’stopping’ the flow. Encouraging the energy to flow and speed recuperation to a point where you can adapt to change
easier and more efficiently. Feel the strengthening effect after a small time of practicing the stimulation of this system. Become physically stronger, yet more relaxed. Cover some components of Meridian systems knowledge.
Life Insight
Three out of these four activation classes cover more physical and energetic reflexes. Life Insight deals with the perceptions we entertain that cause conflict in our thought patterns. The Benefits:
Deal with the mis-perceptions that cause conflict in your thinking and gain new perceptions. Retrain your emotional intelligence and feel calmer. Connect the brain’s basic functions to integrate with your thoughts and emotional responses.
Stimulate the nine intelligences, become more resourceful when challenged. Learn new ways of working to overcome stress reactions. Gently release many unexpressed and trapped emotions as a part of the brain’s reorgan ization.
Feel fresher and able to think clearer about things that used to trouble you. For this reason, this is one of the most favourite Activation classes.

MAJOR MODULE- MODULE D2: Emotional Defences
Description:
Unique to Neuro-Training is the Universal Barometer (UB).
This barometer takes us through the progression of Motivational and Boredom
emotions that we may use as a conflict begins and in our first attempts to resolve it. It deals with the emotions you defend against and identifies the emotions you do as behaviours.
When the conflict remains unresolved we can check through the UB to find the emotional behavioural
patterns adopted as the person attempts to adjust to the unresolved conflict. Then as the conflict remains unresolved the meridians become affected and further emotional patterns develop at the energetic level.
In this Module, you will discover:
A comprehensive understanding of the major emotional defence patterns
The patterns of emotions used as the client’s emotional defence
That emotional defence patterns often become habits
Emotional conditions that keep the client stuck in the pattern
Procedures for identifying these emotional defence patterns
How these patterns “cost” energy to express
Dealing with the justifications
Learn the Emotional patterns and Emotional Options for resolving emotional charge denied, suppressed, or psychologically reversed etc,
Defuse Emotional Trauma gently and effectively without the need to re-live the trauma.
Delivery: 4 days, 9 - 5pm Schedule: As per campus
Assessment: In-Course Assessments & Assignments.
In-Course Assessments: Consist of practical demonstration (observation), individual oral participation in
group discussions and written assessments (true/false and short answer questions).

MAJOR MODULE- MODULE D3: Yin Yang
Description: Acupuncture energy, as we have come to know it in Neuro-Training, is the communication network between the other components of the Model of Universal Principles. It is for this reason that there often appears to be a relationship
between the meridians and the Mental, Emotional and Physical aspects of Recuperation.
Within the heart of our meridian system lives the Shen, the true Spirit of the person. Yin Yang One studies ways of identifying true deficiencies that lead to a weakened Spirit. This module includes not only Chinese meridian and energy theory, but also many better neurological options to balance defences
held within the meridian system. Learn Chinese theory that includes:
Hara: From the investigation of the Hara’s qualities and effects on the meridian system, we have come to learn how the Hara contains areas that relate specifically to the Five Elements and our survival defence pattern.
New options for dispersing defences held within the meridian system and throughout the Hara.
How to balance the Hara, discover new acupuncture points, and their functions and the best way
to identify the Chinese Herbs needed to balance energy.
More on the meridian systems and their relationship to Mental, Emotional and Physical elements of the Model of Universal Principles.
A powerful and enlightening module with information and better options also including:
Perverse energy in the glands and organs
Yin Yang Blood Chi imbalances
How to nourish and tonify Shen weakness

MAJOR MODULE- MODULE D5A: Fears Habits and Beliefs
Description: As a specific development of the Model of Universal Principles, this module provides an understanding as to how we are motivated to create the behaviours we express in our everyday life.
The true causes that form our reaction patterns are misperceptions, rituals and emotions.
As a result of real or perceived trauma, we make certain conclusions from our experience/s. We then
accumulate these conclusions into an integrated reference that may work for or against us. This reference is then combined with our existing or constructed Mental/Psychological patterns to our reference structure.
The traumatic experiences we went through evoked Emotional responses and so this reference is justified in our mind by the emotions we felt. As a result it creates the evidence that the experience was real, at least to us and continues to create the conflict as a result of the inappropriate conclusions we first
made. It is the creation of this evidence that supports the Beliefs we have and use in a number of different ways.
The Fear, Habits and Beliefs module covers many types of beliefs and the result of conflicting beliefs,
with a system of checking for the inherited beliefs and constructed beliefs that create the emotional stresses that plague our existence.
This module works with some of the most important influences to our success, health and happiness in
life.

MAJOR MODULE- MODULE D5C: The Nine Pillars
Description: An in-depth look at the major pillars that impede Recuperation In this Module, you will discover:
Satellites as associations that maintain an issue
Contextual identification to activate the relative values associated to an issue or challenge
How each Pillar is more relevant to the larger contexts that many other contexts fit
Greater change to how the client may change their responses
How each Pillar can be ‘supported’ by one or two other Pillars
Major Pillars of a client’s life
The Nine Pillars:-
o Pain
o Fear
o Defence
o Recuperation
o Context
o Challenge
o Integration
o Justification and Resistance
Pillars are a major factor in changing the influence of our habits over our behaviours
Any issue can be seen as a part of any Pillar
Each Pillar is a set of values and more specifically relevant to the larger contexts
It’s often not the emotions but the P illars that tend to be the contexts we harbour the
emotions in
These pillars are used in a positive or negative way and the life experiences that form our perception of
who we think we are form the dominant or lesser pillar. Pillars can be used in conjunction with other priority issues or may be the highest priority issue.

MAJOR MODULE- MODULE D6A: Context of Recuperation
Description: Recuperation is a natural state, a part of our genetic programming and is only a problem
for us if there is something stopping this natural recovery process. Recuperation is done at the subconscious level and using genetic information to do the “repairs”. The relationship between the contexts of Courage to be Self, Trust (Validation) of Self and
Responsibility for Self are critical aspects in the recuperation ability.
This module includes:
The philosophy of Recuperation
Symptoms as opportunities and “Belief in Self” as the conductor of our own symphony of life.
Courage- the courage to be you
Trust in self and the lack which undermines recuperation
The techniques and new neurological options for Recuperation include:

MAJOR MODULE- MODULE D6B Pain
Description: Pain is a neurological function, which unless we specifically check, goes unnoticed via the priority system as it does not remember pain, only the effects of it.
Checking the percentage of Pain brings to the subconscious the awareness that it exits. When checking for the highest priority focus we will often miss the Context of Pain. When it does show as the highest priority focus it changes so many issues for the client
Pain the most pure form of Subjective experience
• Is always over energy, drives behavior, used to avoid damage, justifies fear, can motivate good or
bad and is a major contextual reference we use in life.
This module includes:
• Pain as a Context
• Emotional Pain
• Mental Pain
• Physical Pain
• Spiritual Pain
• How pain is not the opposite to pleasure pain
• Pain is a neurological phenomena first and an emotional phenomena second
• What and Where to Expect Pain

MAJOR MODULE- MODULE D6C Neuro-Frequencies
Description: The Neuro-Frequencies module focuses on the laws, principles and application of homeopathy while combining the use of Kinesiology and Neuro-Training techniques.
It is vital that the health and long term recuperation of the person remains in a state of
equilibrium. Disruption to the vital force within can bring about a state of degeneration. If the necessary
supports are given, the process of regeneration can begin. Once the vital force has been reinstated we
then need to challenge the boundaries. This ensures the person is able to adapt to the changes and go
beyond their comfort zone. “Active Challenge” allows us to challenge the larger context outside the comfort
zone of a person and is a big part of the Neuro-Frequencies module.
Neuro-Frequencies outlines the basic principles and laws of homeopathy, its history and information on the
frequencies and EnOptic cards. How to balance to and reduce aggravation, any sensitivities, find drainage
remedies, and how to check for utilisation is also covered.
Also Included in this module is information on:
• The history and use of homeopathic preparations and Neuro-frequencies
• Types of homeopathic preparations
• Homeopathic dosage and energetic dosage
• All kinds of disease patterns: Acute, Chronic/Constitutional, and Inherited.
• Coding preparations
• Prophylactics

MAJOR MODULE- MODULE D8C: Women’s Wellness Three
Description:
Neuro-Training’s purpose is to help train you to recover and recuperate in the best way possible. When we have recuperated from the effects of our past we are free to express the things most important to us.
Training yourself to become better, having the right tools and internal references enables you to achieve consistent congruent results. Particularly with keeping your body clean of unwanted nasties, being
better than fear and feeding your glands the appropriate support. You have then an internal resource with you and in you 24/7. Using your own internal references far
outweighs anything anyone else could give or teach you. Neuro-Training’s focus is to re-train your subconscious references so that they work for you, not against you.
This module contains: Clean Body, Life Quality, Being Better than Fear, Balance Your Hormones and Feed the Glands
Neuro-Training found that the ' subconscious programming' of the Nervous System by past experience was the greatest challenge to making this process complete
Neuro-Training is a consequence of finding how to help people reorganise their life experiences and take advantage of the training they have built into their nervous system
Clean your body of nasty parasites, yeast, fungus, spores, poisons, virus, bacteria and toxins
Increase your life quality by activating clean blood as you raise the quality of your experience through reducing fear and increasing clear perceptions
Neuro-Training attempts to re-educate people to have a better Quality, Focus and Purpose in life.
Neuro-Training is concerned with the self-help education of as many people as will listen. These
easy to learn and easy to pass on activation series are a must for cleaning up your life.
Neuro-Training’s focus is to bring people into the high positives of life rather than being bogged down
by their stress reactions
