ployees. Training at TRUMPF contributes significantly to the
advancement and motivation of your staff. It provides them
with in-depth knowledge of our products. In addition to this,
our machine and programming courses foster an understand-
ing of the interactions as well as independent, solution-orient-
ed thinking.
Experienced instructors bring your employees up-to-date with
advances in technology. With the modern equipment in our
new Ditzingen Training Center and the perfect combination of
theory and hands-on exercises at the machine, learning is fun.
The most modern methods help us to address the individual
needs of our customers. Beginners and experienced users alike
acquire knowledge that quickly pays off. You cannot really
know how good a TRUMPF machine is until you are familiar
with its functions and capabilities.
You can check our latest schedules and course availability on
our website where you can also sign up for the courses.

TruLaser machines stand for decades of experience and
pioneering innovations in laser cutting. The outstanding
feature of our machines is that they work on the principle
of “flying optics”. Thanks to this technology, you not only
achieve high machining speeds and accuracy but also make
the best possible use of your material.
To help you tap into the full potential of your machine, we
have put together a multi-faceted training program. In the
various course modules, you learn not only the basics, but
also acquire in-depth knowledge of special applications that
are tailored to our products. This ensures that you get maxi-
mum use out of your machine.
The overview diagrams shows the order in which the courses should be taken, the
level of knowledge you will attain and the duration of each course. Course modules
highlighted in blue provide programming knowledge (structured on the following
pages depending on the software product you use in TruTops Boost or TruTops).
Courses highlighted in green help to ideally unlock your machine’s potential and
keep it in top form. Course descriptions are listed on the following pages.
By the way, the training packages we offer for specific machine types help you save
a lot of costs compared to individual bookings.

With the TruLaser Tube machines, you can produce parts
quickly and precisely, in addition to being well prepared to
meet all market requirements. What's so exceptional about
the TruLaser Tube? The laser cuts contours and trims tubes in
one operation. Tube constructions that are made possible by
the laser, facilitate and reduce downstream fabrication steps.
The edges are smooth and the parts are ready for assembly
without the need for refinishing.
Do you want to make the best use of all of the functions on
your TruLaser Tube? Well, we have put together a training
package that meets your requirements perfectly! Choose the

By the TruPrint machines TRUMPF offers 3D printing via Laser
Metal Fusion (LMF). From 3D CAD models functional compo-
nents are directly created by layers in a powder bed. Compared
with classic techniques TruPrint machines provide you with
great design flexibility in geometry design and also with the
opportunity to save weight by up to around 50%. Depending
on requirements customers with a high demand for details
are offered solution systems as well as customers from indus-
trial manufacturing with a demand for high productivity.
Learn more about the LMF technology at TRUMPF. Discover
the world of 3D printing with our training diversity and be-
come a specialist on TruPrint machines! You can find the right
training for you – start with a LMF basic course, then proceed
to operator courses for the individual machines and even pro-
gramming courses for data preparation are part of the training
scope.
