Dear Boogie Dancers and Supporters,

Please find enclosed invitation papers for WRRC event in FRENCH RIVIERA.

This World Cup Boogie Woogie will be organized for the first time on the French Riviera, just around

Nice (The “Promenade des Anglais”) and Cannes (The “Croisette”).

The competition will go on in Sport Hall “LYCEE SIMONE VEIL” in Valbonne Sophia Antipolis on

Saturday, March 3, 2018. The following competitions will take place :

- World Cup Boogie Woogie Main Class,

- World Cup Boogie Woogie Juniors,

- World Cup Boogie Woogie Seniors.

For announcement please respect WRRC rules and make the announcement via WRRC registration

system. We would like to plan our activities and time table as soon as possible, so be so kind and don't

wait for your announcement until the effective deadline.

There will be some catering available on the location and we plan to organize a DANCE PARTY just at

the end of the competition, with a SWING ORCHESTRA and a FRIENDLY JACK’N JILL CONTEST.

In order to avoid problems please send the team leader to handle the registration.

During the registration you can also pay and pick up entrance tickets

Tickets

1 day ticket = 15 €/person (children up to 8 years free)

The backstage tickets will be awarded only to officially announced trainers on WRRC

home page. The fee for the “additional trainers” is 15 €. Participants will receive a

bracelet which will enable them to enter all locations.

Food and drinks Food and drink will be available on the location.

Transportation

We will organize on Saturday only FREE transportation from IBIS Hôtel to the

competition place and back. Supporters can also benefit…Shuttles buses will be

available from Saturday 10AM to Sunday 2AM (after the party).

Dance Party We plan to organize a DANCE PARTY just after the end of the competition, with a

SWING ORCHESTRA and a FRIENDLY JACK’N JILL CONTEST.
