Documents purchased directly from the Assessor/Recorder/Clerks office will be sent to the customer via U.S. Mail. Certified copies of documents are only available directly from the Assessor/Recorder/Clerk. Assessed value information is always available free of charge through the Notification of Taxable Value link on the Assessors homepage. Assessed Values, Property Characteristics, and Assessor Maps are considered to be accurate at the time they are posted. This data can and will change without notice.
