Baptism Classes for May English: Thursday, May 23 @ 7pm in the hall Spanish: Saturday, May 25 @ 10am in the hall You must register before attending the

class. Contact the Parish Office to register.

Are You Registered in the Parish? Registering in St. Didacus parish is a declaration of your desire to be part of our Catholic community and a commitment to the life of our parish family. Being a registered parishioner makes things much easier when it is time for infant baptisms, school registration, RCIA, Faith Formation, First Communion, Confirmation, weddings, when asked to be a baptismal or Confirmation sponsor, and even funerals. Parishes often request verification of a person’s status as a practicing Catholic, attendance at Mass, etc., when a person has been asked to be a Godparent or sponsor. Without regis-tration, no such verification can be given. To register, pick up a green registration form at the entrance of the Church. You can take one home and mail it back or drop it off at the Parish Office. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop by

the Parish Office and we will be happy to assist you.

May God bless the Mothers

of St. Didacus today and

every day!

Building a Family of Faith Every Mass ends with our being sent forth on a

mission. Help your child listen for this sending

forth. What words are used? How can we live out

this mission? Discuss how the liturgy prepares us

for this important undertaking. Talk about how

we’re fed, body and soul, on the Word, and how the

Eucharist strengthens us for this task. Do we burst

forth from our spiritual revival at Mass, on fire with

desire to spread the Good News and prepare for

Christ’s return? Can everyone see that we’re on a

mission? St. John Chrysostom

mentándose, sino alabando a Dios.
