In „Playful Organisations“ we focus on the many ways playing can be beneficial and create value for com- panies and organisations. We see an increasing number of companies becoming interested in deploying games, play, playful methods and mindsets, and we are really excited about these tendencies. We would like to support this and inspire more people to consider playing at work. During the festival, we host an array of talks and workshops that introduce relevant ideas, cases and methods, allowing you to get hands-on experiences and bring home a customised set of tools. Playfulness is a critical counter- point in leadership especially in organisations where the rate of change and the volatility of the markets we operate in causes many to turn to overseriousness as a way of coping.
