Open ForumGive the gift of an Advanced Care Planning (Health Care Directive) to your loved ones. Family dynamics are strained during a health crisis. One form can help prevent the splintering of a family. Join Lynn Lenort during Open Forum on Sunday, February 17th. Invite your family members, so you can to learn together how and what to discuss in the event you are hospitalized and become too ill to speak for yourself. It is important to make your wishes clear before an emergency or severe illness happens. Anyone over the age of 18 should have a Health Care Directive. The older you are, the more frequently you should review and update your health care directive.
