    meeting

    of the Troy Planning Commission, by unanimous votes, the Troy

    Planning Commission

    recommends

    the following to Troy City Council:

    6898. Staff has approved a

    replat

    encompassing a 73.230 acre

    parcel

    along the east

    side of Experiment Farm Road (across the road to the east

    of

    Vectren and the City

    of

    Troy garage . As part of the replat, staff requested the

    owner

    to dedicate

    2.451

    acres

    of

    lnlot

    6898

    as right-of-way. The process is for

    the

    Planning Commission

    to

    provide a

    recommendation

    to

    Council regarding

    accepting

    the

    dedication

    of right-of-way, with a

    final

    determination

    by

    Troy City Council. A

    motion

    was

    approved

    that Council accept

    the

    dedication of

    St/St.Rt.55 and the west side of Barnhart Road, (across from Horizon Court West). The

    owner, Segna, Inc., is planning a building expansion. As part of the replat, staff

    requested the

    owner to dedicate

    .189 acres of lnlot 6898

    and

    lnlot 7159

    as

    right-of-way.

    The process is for the Planning Commission to provide a

    recommendation to

    Council

    regarding

    accepting

    the dedication of right-of-way, with a final determination by Troy

    City Council. A motion was approved that Council accept the dedication of 0.189 acres

    of

    existing

    ILs

    7159

    and

    8659

    as

    right-of-way.

    A copy of the communication to the Planning Commission and a copy of the replat map are

    attached.

    recommendations are

    forwarded herewith for consideration of

    Troy

    City Council.
