“Cottage cheese pancakes”

Take two Finnish and two Russian students. Let them put on aprons

Then take all the necessary ingredients:0,5 kilo of cottage cheese2 eggs5 spoonful of sugar5 spoonful of flour

Put cottage cheese into a bowl, add eggs and stir well.

 

Then add sugar and stir again

Try to make a boy help you as it is known that men are better

cooks

Then add all the flour and mix well

Cover a cooking board with flour, put out the mixture and make a roll.

Cut the roll with a knife and make pancakes

It’s better to cook this dish in a good company: the taste becomes better if you work together with friends

Pour some oil into a frying pan and pre-heat it. Then fry the cottage

cheese pancakes.

Call your friends to come for lunch (dinner, supper)- they have about quarter of an hour to come until all the

pancakes would be eaten up.

Fry your pancakes until they become brownish.

Try the pancakes and enjoy their taste and a good company!
