Courtney Josepha Klever captured the title of Miss Rodeo Mandan 2015 on July 4th, 2014 in Mandan ND during the Mandan Rodeo Days Celebration. Courtney won the categories of horsemanship, personality, and appearance.

Courtney is the 20 year old daughter of Troy and Beth Klever of LaMoure ND. She graduated from LaMoure high school in 2012 where she was active in basketball and volleyball. She was the secretary of the FFA club and a member of the Fellow Christians of America club.

Courtney belongs to Zion Lutheran church in Grand Rapids ND. She also belongs to many horse clubs including Triple R Coteau in Edgeley ND, James River Riders in LaMoure ND, Circle Cross in Jamestown ND, and Bear Creek Rough Riders in Oakes ND. Courtney is also a current member of the Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association and is a level 1 shooter.

In May of 2014, Courtney graduated from Minnesota State Technical and Community College in Fergus Falls, MN with an equine science degree. Her future plans are to farm with her parents and to use her equine knowledge by training horses and instructing riding lessons.

Courtney enjoys working on the farm whether it is driving a tractor or combine, sorting cattle or even bu"alo. She loves to ride dirt bike and ride horse with her family.

Courtney believes that everything happens for a reason in life, so live everyday like it’s your last.
