    Recommendations: Adjust the downtilt of KAMENA_2200-2 from 4 to 8; the downtilt of

    OSCAR_2200-1 should be change from 4 to 6, ALLABRA_2200-1&2 from 6 to 8,

    FLORALIE_2200-3 from 5 to 8, COTEAUX_2200-2 from 5 to 7, EMORAUDE_2200-2 from 3 to

    6, ANOMA_2200-1 from 7 to 9, VEGAS_2200-1 from 8 to 9, VEGAS_2200-2 from 4 to 7,

    STE_FAMILLE_2200-2 from 9 to 10and BONHEUR_2200-2 from 2 to 4.

    Down tilt Anono_2200-11 by 3 degree and down tilt Anoma_2200-11 by 2 degree.

    1.9 Conclusion

    The 3G network coverage is acceptable but the quality need to be improve by controlling the

    downlink interference through implemention of the above recommendations. Another test will be perform after modification to confirm the result.

    HIGH RTWP ANALYSIS

    The above trends for Agitel sector 3 shows that there is a background noise not perculiar to a frequency but to the sector itself which means we need to check for a generic source of intefernce. CONCLUSION: I suggest we have to neighbor audit for all the cells on the network one after the other to make sure there is no any missing neighbor or one way neighbor because at every missing neighbor it is seen as interference. At every interference detected by 3G network the active set will try to increase power in other to overcome this interference.
