Costume:- Suit

We knew that we wanted the protagonist and the other

characters to wear suits as we filmed in a school class room at

6th form, as it is the normal dress code to wear formal

business clothing such as suits for men.

We choose for the characters to have dark colours such as black

for their suits, as we wanted them to stand out from the white

background, so they're the centre of attention.

The dark black colours of the suits characterize the absence of light

meaning lack of safety and unknowing of what is hapenning

results in building tension. futhermore not able to see gives a

sense of fear.

The dark colours hides there personalities as clothing is used to express peoples personalities by colours what type of clothing they are wearing, therefore with the suits and the dark colours their motives and personalities are unknown to the audience.

Using dark colours we are unaware of whom is the

antagonist and the protagonist is.

The Weapon (Civil War Rifle)

During the American Civil War, rifle was the most common weapon found on the battlefied. Most of the rifles during that time were loaded with small lead musket

ball or with a minnie ball and black powder. Most rifles of this era were muzzle loaded rifled muskets. These rifles were used by both the United states of

American and the Confederate states of maerica.

Background about the rifle

Why the Rifle?The weapon we used was a Rifle

from the American Civil war (hand made)

Juxtaposed as the civil war rifle and modern day suit does not match

therfore make it unsettling for the audience.

Iconic image fo a thriller genre as weapons such as guns are commonl

used.

Unconventional to have a Civil War rifle in the modern day this results in confusion and exictment to see the reason behind the using of this weapon

comapred to a more effective weapon such as a war pistole which is more commonly used these days.
