Costa Rica is a country located in Central America that has unlimited tourist

potential and is ranked as one of the most visited international destinations. One of Costa Rica's main

sources of income is tourism. Costa Rica is a

democratic and peaceful country, and it

has not had an army since the year 1949.

This beautiful farm has 250 hectares (617.76 acres). It is located in the Province of Alajuela, a district named Los Ángeles of San Ramón.

The Land is surrounded by two National Parks: el Bosque de los Niños and Monteverde Reserve. One of the richness of this farm is the exotic trees that have grown here for life, 95% of the total farm land is primary forest. Ceder, Hirarosa, Caobilla, Cashew and other tall exotic woods combine together with the rest of nature ingredients to make a delightful smell of green, a fresh sense of moist, a soft and delicate sound of births, wind and at the same time a golden touch of sunshine that enhances the colors of the place. Which at times, specially around 4 pm. gets covered with veils of exotic moist. It is like walking in a grandiose green Cathedral full of bromeliads, ferns, vines, and mosses.

Here you can find the most exuberant species of animals, plants, trees and forms of water. Water, one of the most precious resources on earth and is found here in abundance. Two lagoons are part of this property. One of them is called Laguna Grande (Grand Laguna), this one is born at the water spring of La Laguna River and has a big potential to make a hydroelectric project. The size of this lagoon is 5 hectares. The other lagoon, la laguna pequena is one hectare.

The landscape is not completed without looking at the crystal water that falls in a 200 wide waterfall. In summer time it looks like a gorgeous canyon. On the falling river there is a water spring of sulfur. And the waterfall showers a greenish-blue color pool. This river pool is surrounded by majestic rocks that provide a great beauty to the place. This water is known to be healing waters due to the contents of this sulfur mineral.

Many small rivers make this land fertile, rich and refreshing, they lead to the Grand Laguna. But the gifts of nature on this land are also hidden from the eyes of the visitors: there is a subterranean river that is born at Cerro Bacon and it also feeds the Grand Laguna.

Flowers, births, humming birds and orchids will delight you at an area called El Jardín, the garden, a total of 3 hectares of orchids grown naturally there.

Views of the Pacific Ocean, moist, exotic trees, water springs, waterfalls, hundreds of birds species, wild animals, are mixed together here to present you with the opportunity of buying a little piece of heaven. A place to be call, paradise.
