Building on the success of Citylabs 1.0, Citylabs 2.0 will offer 8,500 sq m of Grade A office and lab space. Citylabs 3.0 will follow and will provide an additional 11,900 sq m of Grade A lab and office space, integrated with the refurbished Old St Mary’s Hospital and Chapel.
The development will be delivered in 2 phases over approximately 4 years and will offer a total of 20,400 sq m. MSP’s unique partnership with CMFT offers companies based at Citylabs direct access to specialist clinical resources and expertise from researchers, clinicians and procurement teams based within the hospitals to support business growth.
