Interpretation:
1. Sex in relation to Depersonalization There is a negative moderate correlation (r= - .433) between sex and depersonalization. This means that male respondents have lower depersonalization compared to female respondents.
2. Religion in relation to Personal Achievement There is a moderate correlation (r=.413) between religion and achievement. This means that catholic respondents have higher personal achievement or non - catholic respondents have lower personal achievement.
3. Efficiency Rating in relation to Personal AchievementThere is a negative high correlation (r= - .543) between efficiency rating and achievement. This means that the lower the efficiency rating of the respondents the likely that they have lower personal achievement.
4. The Sex is not related to Emotional Exhaustion, Personal Achievement and Burnout Scores
