FISHING The ERDC-Vicksburg Corps Day fishing tournament will be held at the Chotard-Albemarle oxbow lake complex if Miss. River water levels are conducive to fishing (not rising) - backup would be Eagle Lake, but suggestions are welcome. Participants will leave ERDC at 11 a.m. and fishing will officially begin at noon. You can launch from either Laney’s or Chotard Landing and it is up to you to pay launch fee. There's no limit on number of fisherpersons per boat (1 to 100 depending on safe capacity of your boat!). The tournament will officially end at boat ramp at Laney’s at 4:30 p.m., where we'll gather for photos. You may fish for whatever species you wish. Some have mentioned a "fruit jar" type competition for lunker bass - $10 each for any that are interested - if not, just fish and have fun. It is the responsibility of ALL participants to follow federal and state fishing and boating laws. This is a fun tournament so come on out and have a good time! If you are interested, please contact Carol Walters or Scott Hill via email to put your team in...fish on!

SPADES The ERDC Corps Day Spades Challenge Tournament returns this year, giving last year’s competitors a chance for redemption or repeat glory.
