How Corporate Accelerators & Incubators Can Maximize Their Benefit to Companies That Are Ahead of Typical Accelerator Startups !Tenacity was admitted to the Sprint Accelerator, Powered by Techstars, at an extremely early stage. During the program, we fundamentally changed our value proposition, our market, and our pitch. We also replaced our founding CTO, and substantially changed the product vision. The process was extremely painful, and equally helpful. !Techstars’ formula, and Sprint’s resources, were pivotal. In many respects, we benefited more than our peers. In others, the accelerator formula fit less because of our stage of development. I’ll explore what was helpful and what could be changed in the corporate accelerator context.
