Overview Geographic footprint

• Since 1992 the Berlanga Group has invested in projects in Central Asia, in countries such as Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan

• Investments were mainly in the oil and gas industry, but also in agriculture, mining, construction and real estate

• Following successful investments in the Caspian region, in 2012 Berlanga decided to widen its investment horizon to include Southeast Asia and successfully entered Myanmar and Thailand

• In 2013 and 2014 Berlanga and group companies were awarded two licenses (MOGE-4 onshore and M-8 offshore) in Myanmar

• In February 2015 Berlanga completed the acquisition of interests in three producing onshore oil and gas blocks in Thailand

• Berlanga Group is committed to operating safely, in accordance with industry best practices, and building sustainable value for host countries and local communities

Berlanga – South East Asian Operations

Myanmar – Onshore MOGE-4

• 912 sq.km onshore Myanmar block in the Central Myanmar Basin

• Awarded in the second onshore bidding round in October 2013

• PSC signed on 17 September 2014

• CAOG (fully controlled by Berlanga) is 94.5% holder and operator

• 2D seismic survey by AlphaGeocompleted in April 2016 with the acquisition of a total of 390 km

• Processing by TBI (Trust Belt Imaging) completed in July 2016

Myanmar – Offshore M-8

• 10,948 sq.km offshore block in the Moattama Basin

• Awarded in the first offshore bidding round in March 2014

• PSC signed on 5 December 2014

• Berlanga is 95% holder and operator

• 3D seismic survey by PGS in the first quarter of 2016 covering 3,134 sq.km over the eastern shallower-water part of the block

• Processing, also by PGS, completed in October 2016

Thailand – Phetchabun Basin

• 20% interest in three onshore concessions (L44/43, L33/43 & SW1) in Thailand acquired in February 2015

• Three onshore concessions located in the Phetchabun Basin, a Tertiary rift basin in the interior of Thailand

• Current gross production of 3500 bopd of light oil

• Gross certified 2P reserves of 34 MMbbl as at 1 January 2016

Create Opportunities for Local Communities

• Berlanga believes in listening to the needs of Communities. We have invested considerable resources in talking to all the communities and individuals in order to understand their concerns not only those related to our operations but also those affecting their livelihoods and we expect that through such dialogue we can build partnerships with communities to ensure quality development and benefits in our areas of operations

• We are investigating methods to build Capacity Development and enable communities to achieve measurable and sustainable results

Myanmar – Examples of General CSR

ActionsYangon University

• Berlanga Group funding to the Geological Academic ProgammeDevelopment at Yangon University, aiming to provide a comprehensive range of degrees and specializations for its students

Myanmar Red Cross Flood Response 2015

• CAOG donation to the Myanmar Red Cross Society

• Between July 2015 and January 2016, over 1,400 Red Cross volunteers and staff from the Myanmar Red Cross Society and Red Cross partners assisted flood affected people across the country

• At their peak the floods affected over 9 million people across 12 of Myanmar’s 14 states and regions. The floods temporarily displaced over 1.7 million people and destroyed 15,000 homes as well as more than 840,000 acres of agricultural crops
