Revenue for the year ended March 31, 2014 was $174.09 million, an

increase of 22% over previous year.

EBITDA for the year was $26.96 million, as against $12.99 million over

last year.

Net Profit for the year was $6.21 million as against a net profit of

$7.52 million for the previous year; the net profit for the previous

year included a one-time gain of $10.95 million from sale of stake in

associate company.

CAPEX during the year was $17.49 million. Cash balance at the end of

the year was $22.10 million, excluding undrawn lines of credit.
