Executives at neusource are guided & controlled through our own in-house developed workflow system; which is an
online software to control each and every activity to be done by the executive. It also guides, the procedure of working
as well as takes care of clients working & pending tasks, overdue activities, attendance control, actual working hours
and also supports us to analyse deviations between standard time and actual time.

Each & Every assignment that an executive completes, is delivered to clients only after it passes through our quality
control team, who goes through not only the correct results but also review the processes by which they are
performed. Hence chances of mistakes to be passed to clients' hands are so minimal.

Every Executive of Neusource is guided to perform the work in a standard format as explained by written procedures
we call it SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). It is necessary to provide the same output indifferently of the
executive change and removing the difference of personal capabilities. At Neusource we are practicing this principle in
a grander way. These procedures are attached to each activity to be performed for the guidance of executives and
available right at the place where his activities is listed.
THE PROCEDURE TO PERFORM
Every Client of neusource is designated with an Executive Manager, This manager meets the client at prefixed
schedules to discuss the position of Assignments due, reasons for overdue assignments (if any). Executive Manager is
otherwise also available all the time over the mail/chat/SMS etc. for the client & executives. Executive is also guided
concurrently on almost daily basis.
THE CONNECTIVITY WE EXTEND
Every Team member at neusource is selected by a series of screening process like CV sorting, written test, viva-voce
and manager's pick etc., Further our each team member is further groomed by specialized training & orientation
Programme, before actually putting them on the work. We also concurrently workout training & update programme
round the month, to which every team member has to attend at least once in a month. Further our team is guided by
their own employee handbook, which is essentially a code of conduct for them. All disciplinary & other violations are
dealt by the written procedures.

SECRECY POLICY

correspondence, records, information, knowledge, documents and other matters and details exchanged between
Neusource and your company or Neusource may become aware of in the course of dealing between us, in strict
confidence and shall impose the same obligations on their respective partners, employees and representatives who
may be by virtue of this appointment become aware of the above mentioned communications, etc.; Neusource and
any of the officers or employees of Neusource will maintain utmost confidentiality of information or data of your
Company. Neusource will not be allowed to carry any document, record etc. outside your Company. Neusource will not
use, reproduce any information, data related to your Company with any third party without any approval or directions
of the management. Neusource will keep yourselves indemnified against loss or damage incurred due to any
unauthorized use of information related to your company.
We declare that we, will not communicate or allow to communicate to any person not legally entitled thereto any
information relating to the affairs of any person having any dealings with Neusource nor we allow any such person to
inspect or have access to any books or documents belonging to or in the possession of company relating to the
business of the company or to the business of any person having any dealing with the company. We also declare that
the standard professional ethics will be duly adhered.

PRICING POLICY
"In order to provide maximum value for money to our clients, our Pricing policy shall be fixed per contract by value per
period or assignment, this price shall be calculated by applying per day rates to expected man days required to
complete the assignment. We shall prepare all packages and programme keeping in mind the expected time to
complete the assignment applied by a fixed rate on per day/ visit basis.
To calculate per day/ per visit rates we shall use cost plus mark-up policy. However out of pocket expenses may be got
reimbursed separately. Further we shall charge rentals for use of resources/ assets on cost plus markup principles.
Achieving maximum client satisfaction is our supreme motto."
BILLING TERMS
We follow the following billing terms for all the clients indifferently; we see every client as respectable and wish to be
honest for all hence we never negotiate on these terms.
Prices shall be firm and fixed throughout the duration of the Contract.
Scope of assignment can't be increased during the service period. If increased; the increase in 'Scope of
Assignment' shall be treated as fresh requirement of client and separate SA (Service Agreement) shall be
signed.
Service Tax & Local Taxes shall be as applicable & be charged extra.
An interest of 18% shall be charged; if value not received within 10 days of bill date.
If Terms of assignment is extended from a period of Twelve Month fee shall be revised at 10% higher from
previous year, on the basis of mutual consent.
Out of Pocket expenses, Government Fees, Taxes & Challan shall be billed extra.
Monthly Billing shall be payable as Advance.
Prices are quoted to be served within Delhi/ NCR; in case of out of station visit Boarding/ Lodging & Travelling
cost shall be borne by the client
Neusource is a professional service provider; hence any equipment, place, material or thing used for the
purpose of execution of Assignment shall be treated as out of pocket cost.
Conveyance for visiting a place other than regular service place or client office shall be treated as out of
pocket cost.
Any payment on behalf of client for which prior permission is extended by the client shall be shall be treated
as out of pocket cost.

ESCALATION MATRIX
Clients must be appropriately informed about the Escalation Matrix of Neusource and must be ensured that all
executive positions appropriately handle the queries at their level; further clients must feel that they are important to
us hence at least once in a two days he must get an intimation about status of their open ticket.
KNOW THE ESCALATION MATRIX TO REPORT YOUR COMPLAINT TO A HIGHER LEVEL EXECUTIVE IF IT IS NOT SATISFACTORILY
RESOLVED.
STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF YOUR COMPLAINT
You will have to raise your complaint with our client service department as given below. You will receive a detailed
response within 7 days. Register your complaint with us at [email protected] to our client coordinator or call us

Please provide us with your name, mobile number and a detail about the resolution you require.
STEP 2: ESCALATION, IF THE COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED WITHIN 7 DAYS
If you have not received a satisfactory response from the channel as per Step 1, you can escalate your complaint to our

Please mention the complaint reference number assigned to you for speedy resolution.
STEP 3: ESCALATION TO A DIRECTOR (ADMIN)
Our Admin Department closely monitors & examines each client complaints and provides an impartial resolution. If
your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction as per Step 2, you can escalate this complaint to our CEO at
