OFFICEInvested in, developed and/or managed over 40 office buildings across Australia ranging in size from A$5m to A$450m. This includes Sydney’s first 5 Star Greenstar rated property at 420 George St. This high rise office tower, was completed in 2010 and comprises of 37,000 sqm.
RETAILSignificant CBD and non-CBD retail property experience. Fortius’ most noteable retail project has been the redevelopment of Sydney’s MidCity Centre in 2010, a 9,000 sqm shopping centre on Australia’s premier retail precinct, the Pitt Street Mall.
