Market OpportunitiesDeveloped Regions: Within the United States Tier 1 carriers such as Sprint and Verizon are initiating effortsto cut the cord in an attempt to take market share from traditional landline providers or reduce infrastructurecosts. Axesstels wireless phone products provide standard phone features and functions, but with a wireless

network connection. Additionally, our gateways allow these carriers to offer broadband data packages tosmall office and home office users.

Emerging Regions: Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa are among the worlds fastestgrowing emerging telecommunications markets. Typically, in these regions landline networks are limited todensely populated urban areas. It is much more economically feasible to deploy wireless telecommunicationsservices to developing areas as a result of reduced infrastructure costs, emergence of creative subscriberplans, and increased governmental support. As a result the geographic reach of wireless networks has ex-panded. Axesstel expects the demand for voice and data services and the need for products such as those inour portfolio will continue to increase in these regions.
