•  Red Cliff project: A past producing gold-copper mine on which 400 drill holes have outlined a mineralized zone that extends for 2.3 km with at least 400 metres of known vertical extent. The zone is up to several metres wide and open at depth

•  BA/Surprise Creek project: The property has the potential to host a district-scale silver-rich VHMS system. The Barbara zone has been tested with 178 drill holes which has outlined a replacement style VHMS silver-lead-zinc deposit with favourable grades. The prospective horizon occurs throughout the property and remains to be tested

STRATEGIC PORTFOLIO BC’S GOLDEN TRIANGLE IS ONE OF THE RICHEST METAL-BEARING AREAS ON THE PLANET MTB has consolidated a commanding portfolio of projects within the Stewart Camp, located between the Brucejack mine currently in production and the past producing Premier mine: 

§  American Creek West (100%): •  Strategically located between Pretium and Ascot properties •  Recent discoveries validate geologic model of Jurassic intrusion underlying the project area

•  High-grade Wolfmoon Zone priority for drill testing (28.5 g/t Au & 1200 g/t Ag in 2 separate samples)

§  BA / Surprise Creek (100%): •  An extensive VHMS district: one confirmed deposit (179 drill holes)

•  Large land package with at least 12 anomalous areas yet to be tested •  Drill permit in place

§  Southmore (100%):

•  Receding glaciers have opened up large areas that have never been explored •  Last recorded exploration, in 1990, produced samples that assayed up to 13.58% copper* with

encouraging values of lead, zinc, gold and silver (*BC Assessment Report 21008)

•  Initial grab samples yielded multi-gram gold values

AMERICAN CREEK WEST: District scale potential for gold/silver & base metal deposits similar in style and scale to: Big Missouri (<3.5 km W), Premier Mine (<10 km W), Red Cliff (immediately adjacent to the south), Red Mountain (20 km SE) and, Brucejack (30 km N)

•  Presence of interpreted mineralizing heat source mapped on the property

•  Abundant evidence of large, continuous regional and property scale faults and shear zones, often related to mineralization in the region

•  Significant alteration and mineralization observed along the American Creek corridor

•  Consolidation of a large land package •  Drill permit in place, contingent on posting bond

§  Mountain Boy Mine: Past producing high-grade silver mine, part of a 2km epithermal system

§  2019 Wolfmoon discovery: High-grade gold/silver grab samples demonstrates an additional style of mineralization

§  Red Cliff: Past producing copper-gold mine with recent drill holes confirming the presence of a high-grade gold occurrence - MTB holds a 35% interest

BA: SILVER RICH VHMS TARGET §  The Barbara zone: tested with 178 drill holes,

confirms the presence of a replacement style VHMS silver-lead-zinc deposit

§  Drill results from the Barbara zone include 3.05m of 1,215 g/t silver, 1.01% lead and 2.26% zinc in DDH BA-2007-01

§  Prospective horizon occurs throughout the property with at least 9 zones untested

§  Other occurrences include George Copper where historic work by Cominco outlined mineralization grading 2% copper

VHMS DEPOSITS CAN BE HIGH-GRADE AND OFTEN OCCUR IN CLUSTERS, MAKING THE SURPRISE CREEK TARGET HIGHLY PROSPECTIVE

§  Field work discovered 3 new showings. Mineralization occurs over 10 kilometres within the same stratigraphic sequence validating the large scale potential

•  Over 150 rock samples collected

•  2019 program included detailed alteration and structural mapping

§  Working hypothesis - the Ataman Zone hosts a barite rich, polymetallic and precious metal VHMS prospect

§  Phase I - LiDar survey of the property, further prospecting and detailed structural and alteration mapping of identified targets

§  Phase II - Drilling of defined targets, including the historic mined areas, the Maybee Zone and the newly discovered Wolfmoon Zone

§  BA/Surprise Creek – VHMS District •  Ideal candidate for a joint venture partner

•  Plans include continued mapping and sampling of the identified ore equivalent horizon that contains the numerous prospects of polymetallic, lens style VHMS mineralization
