Kamal Bansal Finance professional with having more than 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture / Private Equity

fund management and capital market services. He has worked with India’s leading SME focused venture fund organizations like SIDBI, GVFL etc and having an hands

on experience in deal negotiations, financial structuring, deal closure, post – investment management etc. He was associated as an active Venture Investor and Board members in number of Start ups which has grown to a

successful business houses. Wide network amongst Venture fund, Private equity investors, Capital market players, industry and academic

institutions He is based at Mumbai/Ahmedabad and looks after the fund raising & business consulting activities of the company.

S P Goel He is the founder director of Bonanza group and has been instrumental in charting critical and strategic initiatives of

the Group. He is a Chartered Accountant with experience of over 25 years in financial services industry. Has been a member of

several prominent committees on settlement issues (COSI), a policy generating body at the NSE of India Ltd and Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) of National Stock Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (NSCCL).

Mr. Goel had also been appointed as the director of the OTC Exchange of India. He represents NSEIL for the SEBI constituted Dr. J.R. Verma Advisory committee for the development of the derivatives market in India.

He is based at Mumbai and looks after the overall business of the group.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

She is based at Bangalore. She has 10 years of experience in Indian Capital Markets and handles the states of Karnataka & Kerala regions for Bonanza Group. She has good exposure to Institutions and is actively involved in Deal Flow generation and Investment Banking transactions.

She has wide experience in deal sourcing, business development and networking amongst the financial institutions and investors.

She is based Bangalore and looks after the business development activities of the BCSPL in Karnataka & Kerala.

J Venkatramanan

Nithya Sudhir

He is ex-banker and a management consultant. Has around 25+ years of experience in banking sector. He worked with IDBI bank for 10 years he handled number of operations of southern region of the bank. Managed a

team of close to 1000 direct & indirect reports. Prior to leaving the Bank in 2006, was the Country Head of Retail Liabilities.

Has a stint of 8 years with Standard Chartered Bank Chennai in Corporate Banking, responsible for marketing, appraising and managing of corporate relationships across South India. Also worked with State Bank Group 6 years.

He is based at Chennai and looks after the business operation of BCSPL in the entire Southern region.

ADVISORY TEAM

He is a Law graduate, Cost Accountant and Chartered Accountant by qualification. He has rich experience of more than 25 years in varied industries.

He has been made a member of “WHO’S WHO HISTORICAL SOCIETY, BOSTON, USA” in recognition of his contribution in the field of accountancy.

In his long association with India Today Group, a reputed publishing and media group, he has been instrumental in effecting major policy changes in tax, regulatory and foreign policy.

He specializes in Direct Taxes including International Taxation, M&A Conducting legal due diligence, Syndication, collaborations, product sharing, franchisee, distribution, shareholders, Telecasting and media agreements, Inbound Investment strategies for India, regulatory matters relating to India Investment and Business set up, Joint Ventures, Indian Company law matters, expatriate taxation and benefit planning relating to doing business in India.

He is based at Delhi and looks after the accounting and legal services.

Sunil Mohan Buckshee

Vikas Goel He is a qualified chartered accountant with 13 years of experience in dealing with regulatory authorities, set up and

compliance management and indirect taxes, with immense experience in business advisory service in the field of regulatory issues concerning FEMA and Indirect tax planning.

He has advised and implemented various projects of foreign companies on their entry and exit strategies into/from India and has also assisted companies in setting up their financial and accounting systems.

He is based at Delhi & looks after the Accounting, Tax planning, foreign investment advisory services.
