Introduction

• Incorporated as 3A TECHNOLOGIES in year 2003 as a liaison, representation & Industrial marketing company for Industrial Equipment Manufacturer in Mechanical Stream and successfully represented many Manufacturers

• Soon we realized that in order to sustain the long term relationship with clients & service them effectively, we need to have own manufacturing facility.

• In Year 2009 We entered in “Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply of Pipe Hangers & Pipe Supports”.

• In Year 2011 we became a private limited company and now Known as “AAA SUPPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED”.

We provide the right quality of pipe supports & its associated products, at right price and at right time to all our customers, matching customers’ service expectation. For us intended customers’ expectations is key for our offering - from primary enquiry to warranty stage of the materials supply.

We ensure timely and cost effective process methodology for informal/ formal enquiry, design calculation, offer/ bid submission/ order receipt/ raw materials sourcing /manufacturing process / quality compliance / adherence to supply of pipe support for intended application and all documentations are maintained for backward verification at any stage.

We build long term partner relationship with our Suppliers / Service providers and Customers by monitoring quality in the complete process of inflow of raw materials, in manufacturing process and before / after final dispatch of materials to customers and identifying continual improvement opportunities.

• To acquire new customers in sectors like - Oil & Gas, Conventional Power and Nuclear Power Industries for applications- piping engineering, stress analysis, field services and commissioning activities.

• Strive to attain and maintain excellence in product quality & customer satisfaction, and improve the enquiry to order ratio to 25 % by utilizing skills of trained professionals and from past learning experience and expanding our knowledge in the domain of piping industry.

• To reach turn over more than INR 200 Millions by 2016 (US$ 3.5 M) with respect to INR 50 Millions as on 2014.

• Current facility for Design & Development of Spring supports exists in 8500 Sq. ft. area.

• By March 2015, we intend to develop our infrastructure and acquire 8900 Sq. Ft area for production and manufacturing.

• Land acquisition of 125000 Sq. ft. is already done for future expansion.

• By 2015-16, we intend to develop 20% of newly acquired area for manufacturing.

• By 2016-17, our target is to develop 70% of acquired area (approx. 87500 Sq. Ft. )
