Er. Alina Rizvi ( CEO & Founder) :- NPI is founded by Alina Rizvi , she is an Electrical
engineer and also graduated from U.S Solar Institute in advance PV course . With vast
experience in designing and installations of large scale MW projects while working in India’s
renowned solar companies gives thrust to NPI ‘s growth and strategies.
Er. Hassan Newton Rizvi :-( Head construction & Co-founder) Hassan Newton
Rizvi holds civil engineering degree and Business Management degree from IIT Delhi. Having
rich experience in project execution and operations , his supervision pace up the project
delivery and seamless execution .
Er. Aastha Gulati :- (Head –Business development & Marketing ) :- She is an IT graduate with
MBA degree from Canada . Under her guidance all marketing activities are carried out .
Arvind Panthri :- (Head – Admin & HR ) :- Highly experienced and trained in holding
responsibilities of office administration and human resources deptt.
Arvind Yadav :- (Head –Accounts ):- highly experienced in accounting and finance , all accouting
