The Origin:130 g Aluminium100 Years Experience


It all starts with the puck. SIGG bottles are still made with a single piece of pure aluminium. They therefore have no weld joints and are 100% leak-proof. It may sound simple, but 600 tons of punch pressure is needed to get the aluminium puck flowing. After 26 additional processing steps it finally reaches its distinctive form. Then the unique inner coating is added.BPA and phtalate free

Thermo-Power –Steelworks by SIGG

SIGG also offers stainless steel thermo bottles under the brand name Steelworks. Steelworks bottles are made from high-quality 18/8 food grade stainless steel which is BPA and phthalate free. They are built to last and can be recycled after many years of use. Due to their vacuum insulation the double-walled Thermo Bottles,Metro and Thermo Mugs keep your drink hot or cold for up to 24 hours.

IMPORTANT: When creating the artwork, please remember to provide us with the data in vectorised form (EPS format). Please also note that no more than six print colours can be used.

Powder coating on the bottle body· One base colour· Colours as per RAL or Pantone (subject to colour deviations)· Colours with semi-matt or matt surface available upon request· Additional colour effects also available upon request

Printing the bottle body· Screen-printing (max. six print colours; exception NAT bottles: max. four print colours)· Light colours on a dark background must be highlighted in white. White will therefore be one of the six print colours· Colours as per Pantone or RAL, subject to colour deviations (no photos or CMYK-Bitmaps)· Print colours comply with DIN standard 53160 "Printing on toys"

Lines/Half tone printing· Lines: Within one colour area at least 0.4 mm, contours defined with 0.8 mm· Half tone printing: max. 30s grid pattern, tonal value (colour gradient) 20–100 %, half-tone printing only by prior agreement
