Speak with advisor/department head to ensure you are aware of all available funding
Determine whether your cause/goal is under the criteria of the endowment
If applicable, request funding by writing a formal proposal and submitting/presenting it

Make Sure to Follow-Up
Give a presentation or write a thank you letter to the organization that supported you
