Corporate Polices & Details

All Food and Beverage Prices Are Subject to a 20% Administrative Fee and 8% Sales Tax

EVENT HOURS: Corporate menu pricing is available Monday through Friday only. These menus may be used for weekend functions at a different price structure. All events are allocated a 4 hour duration unless otherwise agreed upon.

STAFFING: Proper staffing will be assigned to your event based on the guest count and menu selections. In addition to your event coordinator, an onsite Manager will be available to assist with all of your day of needs and requests.

LINENS: 2Shea catering will provide standard house linens (White tablecloths & Navy Blue Napkins) unless specific linens are requested in advance when selecting your menu.

MENU: Menu selections are due to us a minimum of 15 days prior to your event to ensure availability

SETUP NEEDS: Please review all setup needs with your event coordinator prior to your event. Setup needs may include a registration table, projections screen, projector, podium, microphone, additional tables for presentation or materials, preferred seating options etc.

GUEST COUNT: Please provide us with a tentative head count 10 days prior to your event. Additional guests may be added as the days progress leading up to your event and we ask that you notify us of increases with a timely fashion.

MEAL COUNTS: A breakdown of meal orders are due to us 10 days prior to the event, Additional meals may be added in the days leading up to the event with adequate notice. Alternative agreements may be made with your event coordinator directly.

BAR SERVICE: The banquet bar operates by request only. If you are interested in having a cash bar or bar service available for your event please let us know when selecting a menu. (Cash Bar service may incur a $75.00 bartender fee)

TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS: An updated tax exempt form must be submitted to us 15 days prior to your event. This form should be updated yearly with our offices.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: a deposit of $250.00 is required for all events unless specific arrangements are made with your event coordinator. Final payment can be made at the close of the event. If payment submission is required please notify us in advance of the event so we can make arrangements for net 15 day payments. Payment can be made by cash or check. Payment by credit card is at the discretion of the event coordinator and must be arranged prior to the event. All credit card transaction will have a transaction fee applied.

ALLERGIES: 2Shea Catering will strive to accommodate any allergies and special meals with proper notice. Please note that our kitchen produces multiple menus in a day and is not responsible or liable for cross contamination. Please discuss any allergies concerns with your event coordinator in advance.
